Google Assistant (Google’s AI-powered Assistant) is the ultimate feature in the Pixel and Pixel XL. It is available as a chatbot in Google’s latest messaging app Allo, which is an evolution of Google Now, and will make its way to products beyond phone and smartwatches, like Google Home.

There was an amazing interaction with the Google Assistant as they are conversational in nature and the service does a great job of remembering your line of questioning.

The goal is to make the Assistant more like personable and always available to answer your problems. The service is still in its starting face, but the advantage with Assistant is that it can readily draw on a huge pool of data from Google’s knowledge graph.

In this guide, we’ll showcase how the Google Assistant functions within Allo. Think of it as a primer on what the Assistant is capable of today.

Here’s what you can do with the Google Assistant.

Since day one, Oneplus has been trying very hard to craft a full brown,”flagship killer” of a smartphone. The company’s first phone proved that a relatively unknown startup could build a high caliber handset and a die hard fanbase around it. its second generation device pushed it even further into the big competition. And so there is oneplus 3 available for $399(Rs 27k) which launches today.

Oneplus 3 Detailed Review

Here’s the full list of OnePlus 3 specs:

  • 5.5-inch screen
  • 1,920 x 1,080 pixel display (401ppi)
  • Dimensions: 152.7 x 74.7 x 7.4mm
  • Weight: 158 grams
  • Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor
  • Adreno 530 GPU
  • 6GB RAM
  • 64GB storage (32GB variant may be offered in some markets)
  • 16MP main camera
  • 8MP selfie camera
  • USB-C port (Dash Charge 5V/4A)
  • 3,000mAh battery
  • Fingerprint scanner
  • NFC
  • Dual-SIM
  • 3.5mm headphone jack
  • Oxygen OS (Android 6.0.1)

Also, this time, the problem of the invite system has been gone and it is now open to all buyers from the day one. Suffice to say, this year’s bug launch is a big deal for Oneplus, and it’s only fitting that the Oneplus 3 mostly represents this young company at its best.

Pros

First-rate performance

Excellent build quality

mostly stock android plus added some neat features

Dual Sim support

It’s $399

Cons

Ships with a few minor bugs

Limited memory Options

Dash Charger doesn’t work with all cables

No color option to choose

Non-Removable Battery

Still, the Oneplus 3 is silky smooth, Oxygen OS- a forked version of Andriod that Oneplus built- blessedly close to stock Andriod 6.0. that means it has handy features like Doze, which helps preserve battery life during long stretches of inactivity, and google Now on tap, which still isn’t as handy as its first seemed.

Hardware

phpnblzg9

There’s no denying that last year’s OnePlus 2 was a well-constructed device, but it now looks like the days of sandstone polycarbonate are over. This year’s version is milled from a single block of “space-grade” aluminum, and the 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display up front is swathed in a very slightly curved pane of Gorilla Glass 4. It’s beautiful. More than that, its trim waistline — 7.35 mm — makes the OnePlus 3 feel sleeker and more elegant than you might expect from a phone with this big a screen. Think of it as a larger, much better OnePlus X and you’re on the right track. Oh, and in case you were worried, you can still purchase a sandstone case or an authentic bamboo case for old time’s sake; or you can go for the fancy black apricot version, rosewood version (both using real wood veneers) or Kevlar version.

Software

Oneplus 3 software

If you spent only a few minutes with a OnePlus phone, you’d be forgiven for thinking it ran a stock build of Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow. Well, not quite. The OnePlus 3 again runs OxygenOS, a modified version of Android I like to refer to as “stock plus”; there are plenty of additional features that don’t cross the line into bloat. The overall effect is more subtle than other companies’ approaches, and I think it’s more valuable as a result.

The most obvious addition is the so-called Shelf, and you’ll catch wind of it first because you’re asked if you want it during initial setup. When you swipe right from your home screen, you’re treated to the date, local weather recently used apps and contacts you’ve been in touch with lately. There’s a memo function too, for leaving yourself quick notes (with the option to create reminders from them), and space serves as a neat place to add widgets without cluttering up your home screens. The Shelf first appeared on the OnePlus 2, and I’ve mostly ignored it since then, but some will certainly find it handy. Throw in some perfectly adequate Gallery and Music apps and you’ve got the most obvious additions to the usual Android formula.

Camera

Oneplus 3 Camera

Smartphone makers agonize over their cameras, and with good reason — chances are it’s going to get plenty of use, and it’s easy to let people down. OnePlus was limited by cost, so it went with a 16-megapixel sensor with a f/2.0 aperture lens from Sony, and you know what? It’s perfectly adequate. Colors were bright and mostly well saturated (they occasionally came out a little weak), with a more than respectable amount of detail. You can get a little more nuance out of shots if you use an included HD mode, or output them as unprocessed RAW files.

I was concerned at first that the OnePlus 3 would fare worse than last year’s model in low light because the size of the sensor’s pixels has shrunk from 1.3 microns to 1.12 microns, but it’s basically a wash. In the end, the OnePlus 3’s main camera is a solid utility player; it’s pretty good in every situation, but it certainly won’t open your eyes the way other smartphone cameras can.

Battery

Oneplus 3 Battery

The OnePlus 2 offered a formidable day-and-a-half of usage between charges, which is par for the course with flagship phones.

That was thanks to a 3,300mAh battery, paired with reasonably efficient components like a Full HD display and the Snapdragon 810. The OnePlus 3 has a slightly smaller 3,000mAh battery, but seeing as it hasn’t made the jump to a QHD or 4K panel, we’d expect to see similar battery life once again.

Other Sites Says:

“A flagship has to bring more than its A-game to the smartphone races these days and this is a good example. It has a gorgeous, all-metal design and for the performance hungry, the OnePlus 3 really delivers: there’s the blazing-fast Snapdragon 820 paired with Adreno 530 GPU, a pin-sharp AMOLED screen, a great optically-stabilized camera, ultra-fast UFS 2.0 standard 64GB storage and a huge 6GB DDR4 RAM. As an OS, Android ‘grows’ into the amount of RAM provided and OnePlus is setting next-gen flagship standards here.”

The Economic Times

“A stylish smartphone with what is arguably one of the best Android cameras available at the moment. It is a flagship in every sense.”

Indian Express

“OnePlus is back with a bang. It offers better than flagship specs at an incredible price. The OnePlus 3 is one of the best smartphones of 2016 without the doubt.”

FoneArena

“The OnePlus 3 is an all-rounder. With powerful hardware, decent performance, basic but clean software, well-crafted aluminum body and a camera that can click some incredible photos in good light, it is also arguably the best OnePlus phone yet.”

India Today Online

ONEPLUS 3 PRICE AND HOW TO BUY

The OnePlus 3 is on sale for £399 – pretty good considering the internals with most high-end handsets.

Our main issue with each OnePlus phone to date was the invite system that has been gone this time. To buy the oneplus 3 you can visit the official website or you can buy from Amazon Officially

To buy oneplus 3 Click Here OnePlus 3 (Graphite, 64GB)

Thankfully, with the OnePlus 3, the invite system has been scrapped. That’s right, the phone is available to all.

How To Get Android N Preview On Your Phone

In This article i’ll telling how you can get Get Android N Preview On Your Phone right now, by either through over-the-air or by the developers site.

Google has recently announced the release of Android N(Nutella) Developer Preview. It was expected that Google would release the very first Android N Preview around its I/O developer conference in May, but the company decided to surprise everyone by launching it too soon.

 Get Android N Preview

Through a post , Hiroshi Lockeimer, Google’s SVP for Android, Chrome OS and Chromecast, told the world that the Android team wished to release the preview earlier than ever to gather more data from developers and improve the final product.

He said that this will also ensure that Google will be able to prepare for the final release to the OEMs later this summer. With this extra time, developers will be able to bring Android N support to all their apps and OEMs will be able to spread the new sweet delicacy easily.

Get Android N Preview Over-The-Air

To make the testing process hassle free, Google has made the preview available as an over-the-air update. This means that you won’t have to flash a fresh ROM and wipe the entire data in device — just like Apple’s beta program.

This means that developers and user will be able to install the Android N Preview on their phones just like the regular phone updates from their carrier. However, Google states that the preview is not meant for everyone and people should install it on their secondary devices. A consumer preview will be available for download as Android N gets closer to its final release.

Biggest changes and features in Android N Preview

  • Multi-window support
  • Quick Settings Tile API
  • Notification enhancements
  • Data Saver
  • Android TV recording
  • ICU4J APIs
  • Support for more languages
  • Accessibility enhancement
  • Number blocking
  • Call screening
  • Direct boot
  • Key Attestation
  • Network Security Config
  • APK signature scheme v2
  • Scoped directory access
  • Default Trusted Certificate Authority
  • Doze on the go
  • Android for Work update
    • Always-on VPN
    • Work profile security challenge
    • OR Code Provisioning
    • Toggle Work Mode
    • Disable access to apps
    • Remote Reboot

Chromecast is a device developed by Google and it is used as a digital media player. It is a 72 mm long dongle. As we all know Chromecast is used for streaming Youtube, Netflix videos directly on your HDTVs by casting them from your android and iOS devices and laptops. It is only 2.4 inches device which we plug into HDTV and hence enjoy the streaming on the big screen. This dongle helps to play audio or video streaming in television of high definition quality. It uses WiFi or local internet connection. This device is required to plug in the HDMI port of the television.

Chromecast enabled Vizio TV

Google is Launching Chromecast enabled TV

The HDMI dongle comes with 2.4GHZ wireless radio frequency to communicate with mobile phones and tablets. It does not run on battery. It comes with a micro USB cable and an adapter for a source of energy. This device will be able to provide an integration of services using different sources.

Chromecast supports major service like Netflix, HBO Now, Hulu, Spotify, Pandora, YouTube, and even games like Just Dance. etc. such that which makes it more popular and hence used by many users and also it is very cheap like you can get it in 35$.

Variety reports that Google has entered into an agreement with the Irvine, California-based company that’ll see Chromecastfunctionality built into a few of its future products.

Now Google and Vizio had reported that they have been building Chromecast enabled TVs such that the Chromecast will be enabled in them so you don’t need to plug any external device. Also, it will start a new era of the HDTVs which will replace or vanish the existence of Chromecast.

Buyers who lack the aforementioned smartphone or tablet needn’t fret, though. Vizio’s entertaining the notion of bundling with some TV models an Android tablet that’ll serve as both a dedicated remote control and programming guide. It’ll feature shortcuts to streaming services, Variety says, plus personalized movie and TV show recommendations.

Vizio’s Chromecast-enabled TVs are purportedly set to launch this spring. They may have competition: according to Variety, Google’s in talks with at least one other TV manufacturer about adding similar casting features.

This partnership of Google and Vizio represent a shift in strategy for Google, which has insisted that TV and set-top box manufacturers rely on its Android TV software to deliver Chromecast-like features.

Google’s got a long way to go if it hopes to compete with more established players in the streaming space — according to some analysts, Chromecast usage trails behind Apple TV, Amazon’s Fire TV, and Roku devices — but an agreement with TV makers may give it a leg up.

If you find this article useful share it with your friends and also comment on your reaction about this.

Do you ever wonder what the “i” means in the iPhone? Apple has been naming its devices with a prefix “i” such as iPhone, iMac, iPod, Itunes etc, and it has been since the release of the first iMac in 1998. So why apple uses “i” as it the main prefix in all its products? Well, here is the answer.

i in iPhone

Answer to What the “i” in iPhone means….

There have been many answers to these question. In 1998, at an apple event, Steve Jobs introduced the iMac. Jobs explained the link between “i” and “Mac”.

“iMac” comes with the combination of Internet with the simplicity of Macintosh,” he said.” We are targeting this for no. 1use that people tell us they want a computer for, which is to get on the internet fast and simple.”

In 1998, the prefix ‘i’ in iMac basically stood for The Internet. Jobs shows its explanation using a slide that said what else the “i” means to Apple. In the slide, besides Internet Apple’s prefix also stood for Individual, inform, instruct and inspire. Well, it is clearly understood that Apple didn’t have The Internet in mind when naming the iPod and Internet in ‘i’ comes much later.

Also, read Apple most toughest Interview Question for getting Job At it

in 2007, when iPhone has announced one of its three key ingredients was internet communication which brings back the original intended meaning to the prefix “i”. And the other two fundamentals were music and phone calls).

Now as Apple grows, the prefix “i” has emerged has some sort of brand niche for Apple. As it was abandoned the “i” while branding its smartwatch and TV boxes. Instead ofiWatch and iTV, Apple also have Apple Watch and Apple TV.

But no matter what sooner or later, Apple will return for its iconic “i” because it sells!

So, here is the guide how you can activate Pluralsight Training for Free:

  1. If you Microsoft account, skip this step, if not then Go to signup.live.com and create a new Microsoft Account.

Blackberry Priv has been released in India, and if you are looking forward to buying this then you have to accept to  terms with the rather steep pricing. the phone has been priced around Rs 62,990 which is mainly $923 which is too high and in the U.S. it is around $699 which is also considered very high for this smartphone.

BlackBerry Priv, the first Android smartphone from the beleaguered Canadian smartphone maker Here are specs and features

Blackberry Priv

Blackberry Priv is the first android smartphone from Blackberry which will be available from January 30 across all channels. This smartphone has an extra layer of security that will make consumer more secure feel. It will come with blackberry DTEK which will scan the apps and also scan permission it is taking from the user.

Blackberry also has a slide out keyboard which offers the same features as the virtual keyboard. It also supports screen scroll using the keyboard too. Blackberry is also touting the 18MP camera as one of the best in the specifications.

The product manager for blackberry, Damien Tay, said the OS is closer to the pure android but consist add-on like on demand widgets and gestures.

Specs: 5.4-inch WQHD (2560×1440) display with AMOLED resolution, and is powered by a 1.8 GHz hexacore Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal memory (expandable by up to 2TB).
